Forum Guidelines
If you're reading this, you probably know why you're here. You're here to participate in a role-playing game about the MegaMan X series of video games. That's the main reason this forum exists. Please respect that.
Those people that the forum identifies as either an "Admin" or "Global Moderator" are members of the Aetas Administration. We enforce the rules, which are there to keep everything fair. If you disagree with something, please try to be reasonable. If you act stubborn toward us, we'll be even more so toward you. We're here to have fun, and we'll do what we need to so others can do the same. Please respect that.
The players here are part of a community. As part of a community, conversations about non-RPG topics will occur. That's cool. Please, though, remember that this forum exists primarily to allow the players to RP. We don't want to hear about the latest w4r3z you've got, or the newest pr0n site you've found or created. We wanna get some RPG action going, and we intend to do so. Please respect that.
By becoming a member of Aetas (regardless of your character's affiliation), you accept some basic responsibilities. These include obeying the current game rules, staying on topic inside active RPG threads, not bashing other members, and keeping the Aetas name a reputable one. Please, please respect that.
Should you choose to ignore any or all of these requests and responsibilities, you will be warned by at least two of the following methods:
0. A member of the Aetas Administration may post a warning following the offending post itself.
1. A member of the Administration may notify you by email, using the address currently on file with Aetas.
2. An Administrator may notify you by Private Message of the offense.
3. You may be warned by Instant Message on any public protocol available.
4. Where practical, a member of the Aetas Administration may notify you in person of the offending behavior.
If you still refuse to accept your responsibilities as a member of the Aetas role-playing community, your account will be banned.
If you continue to harass the members of Aetas, your IP will be banned.
Further problems (and any that are illegal in any jurisdiction in which our players may exist) may result in legal action against you.
If you accept these terms, you may register for an Aetas account. Welcome!
